1. Our position

WallyMetrics displays publicly sourced retail product data (names, prices, seller and rating information, and reference images) for research purposes, and respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.

2. Filing a notice

Send a notice through the Support page, including:

1. your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is sufficient);
2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
3. identification of the allegedly infringing material in the Service (for example, the listing name or item ID shown on the relevant page);
4. your name, address, email, and telephone number;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Our response

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where the material originates from a third-party data provider, we may also notify that provider. We may remove or disable access to the material and will notify the account holder or data source where appropriate.

4. Counter-notice

If material you provided or control was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

5. Repeat infringers

We may limit or terminate access for users or sources who are repeat infringers.
